A little insight into our patch process
Shortly after receiving your email inquiry, we will reach out to you to schedule a client onboarding call so we can answer all of your burning questions. We’ll discuss our full process, and current artwork and manufacturing timeframes — as that changes from week to week
If applicable we will coordinate sending our FFL so we can receive your firearm — or other shipping instructions for non-regulated products. All products are returned. For vehicles and other large equipment, we will provide photography guidelines for your marketing team.
Once the item or photos are received, we will produce artwork and send it to our manufacturer for a custom quote. We will then relay those numbers along with a PDF of the artwork for your approval.
We then send a final manufacturing invoice, and once paid we will begin that process. We then work closely with the manufacturer to dial in the details in the mold, and ensure all colors are accurate. Once the final product is received we handle all quality control and verify quantities. We aim to ship your order within 72-hours of receiving them from our manufacturer.
